Creating outdoor castings in white plaster
Children at the primary school at Frettenham worked as a whole school on Culture of the Countryside, one class creating outdoor castings in white plaster which were then installed around the school. After the Sainsbury centre visit, the children and teachers went on to develop their own ideas independently, recycling broken chairs to create an outdoor sculpture exhibition, combining the countryside theme with other themes from other classes.
